Absolutely amazing customer care by Karl, he went above and beyond to make sure I was getting a car in the best condition possible. He clearly explained how the contract and pcp would work as it was my first time purchasing a car this way and he made it very easy to understand. Just been into showroom to enquire about a car only to be informed that it's not on site as being used by the manager. Inconvenient but not the end of the world, the customer service however was atrocious. I struggled to find someone, when I did the gentleman barely looked up from the desk and trying to get any information was like getting blood from a stone. If this is the level of customer service when trying to sell a car I can only imagine what it would be like if something went wrong.
