This is by far one of the best Ford service around. I have used 3 others in the past and never felt valued as a customer.
Since going to Buckingham the service has been amazing and they have always been very friendly.
I have used them now for 3 years and its worth the extra drive.

Having the car serviced at a local facility is excellent. Booking the car in was easy and the lady I spoke to was very pleasant and welcoming, much better than dealing with a remote call centre.

I brought a second hand car from them in May 2024. It was a brilliant experience all round. I had a slight warranty problem in January of this year. It was fixed with no problems. Would definitely recommend them for repairs and purchasing of cars.

The team at BMC are all so helpful and friendly and never make me feel silly asking my [silly] questions! Seamless MOT and service process, talked me through everything and didn't make me feel like I had to go ahead with them in any way. A friend has bought a car from them recently and she said it was also a great experience so I know where I'll be getting my next one!
