Weald & City provided an exceptional service from start to finish. The report itself was incredibly thorough, with pictures, videos and detailed explanations. They even took the time to call me the same day that the inspection took place to talk through the initial findings. Once the full report is shared they also provide a follow up call to go through any further questions we have and next steps. Incredible value for money, I would recommend them to anyone.

A big thank you to Tim who carried out a Level 3 survey for me, the booking process was straightforward with good communication from both Tim and the administrator Guy who passed on any concerns or questions I had to Tim prior to the survey. Tim provided helpful responses to all of these. The survey was carried out on time as planned even though the seller had mixed up dates, which was very helpful.

Tim sent an initial summary prior to the full report, this gave an insight into what to expect and some issues I could immediately look into. The final report was excellent and extremely detailed, this helped me to make an informed decision about purchasing the property.

Jonathan was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. The survey took a little longer than I had anticipated but the reason was that Jonathan was carefully considering all options.
