Dixon Gibbs are very patient with me as I get caught up in projects and then focus on accounts and send lots of queries all at once.... They are very good at explaining things to me when I don't understand something and I grant them access to our software to do work as required. I love Dixon Gibbs and have used them for a number of years. I initially used their service as the original owner was a close friend. I have carried on using their services as Marianne ( as successor) does a wonderful job with diligence and good humour. Marianne is highly capable, well informed, client focussed and very professional.
