There ended up being more items to test than was originally guessed at, this was not a problem they came back another day to finish what was left.

Awesome service again from team at RBS! Thanks again for accommodating our urgent requirement for PAT & certification required for an event. RBS response to my initial request via message was literally a few minutes and given the urgency, RBS customer support worked their magic to book an engineer slot 48 hrs later. RBS engineer arrived on time was polite, in clean smart company RBS work attire, boots clean but still put boot covers on to ensure no floor foot marks etc. The engineer also had all the kit he needed & knew exactly what he was there for and having shown him the kit completed the PAT in super fast time leaving the kit and wires in better tidy state than I had left them and all PAT labels 🏷️ carefully and accurately placed positioned to ensure last another 12 months without PAT labels falling off on heavily used PA equipment. The engineer confirmed PAT certificate would be emailed to me as soon as I settled the invoice as he had electronically sent the PAT paperwork to them confirming PASSED. Again within a few mins having contacting RBS Customer Services they confirmed payment could be sent via bank transfer and as soon as I completed the transfer RBS confirmed they had received the payment and issued the PAT cert electronically as confirmed. In summary RBS are my go to everytime with their super customer service skills and deliver on time and to very reasonable cost (to note well below the price I was expecting- win win) … I would 💯 recommend RBS to anyone who requires electrical engineers no job to small or big ! Thanks again RBS/ absolute class 👏
