I cannot speak more highly of Jake Fitzgerald who came to our house to do a mould inspection on 4.4.2025. I was worried that as with some tradespeople, they can use the opportunity to 'enhance' the difficulties but Jake was genuine, kind, caring, thoughtful and professional and was supportive throughout his charges were very reasonable unlike some quotes we received.. He produced a really informative and helpful report, turning things around so quickly and we are now in a much better position because of him. Jake is a real asset to any organisation, and he will go far because of his skill and expertise but also because of his genuine, kind, helpful personality. I am so grateful to Jake for being such a brilliant help and I would recommend his services any time. If you need any support with damp and mould, Jake is your man, without a shadow of a doubt! Jake was polite, efficient and very helpful. He spotted the causes of the mould build-up straight away and provided a full detailed report on how to rectify. He was also happy to answer any questions I had after he sent me the report and got back to me instantly.

Jake did a Damp and Mould inspection of our house as we had concerns with mould in one of the bedrooms. The inspection was very thorough, Jake explained everything really well and gave us very useful recommendations. The communication was excellent. We received a comprehensive report same day and followed up with additional questions which Jake was happy to help with. Communication was fantastic from the start. Jake arrived on time, was very polite and did a thorough inspection - using both damp meters and thermal imaging cameras. He discussed the issues during the visit and his report was delivered within 48hrs. Excellent service.
