My experience with Stephensons wasn't a great one. The solicitor I dealt with was lacking in empathy and didn't seem willing to give me enough information to enable me to make an informative decision - in fact I would go as far as to say I was misled into thinking the outcome would be favourable. Thus I spent money on paying for a service I didn't need. It was only after I paid for the service that I was given the information which enabled me to understand I wouldn't get the outcome I was lead to believe I would.

Don’t bother. Slow to respond, ignorant and never do what they say they will.
Dealt with Jack Daly who has started my case but simply not bothered to get back in touch regardless of how many attempts to chase this.

Called in Monday to ask to speak to a solicitor about a potential case
Was told I should have a call within 48 hours from someone...
It's now Thursday and nothing
Called them today and I was told I may or may not get a call back....
I was calling to give them a case....they dont even want to call me back...

i had a letter sent to a debt customer. i asked for a copy of the letter so i had an idea of what it said if the customer contacted me . no one even bothered to reply to me
