On 3 seperate occasions I have tried to offer my services as a volunteer. Not once have I received a response, other than a generic one to an email. I can only hope that the service they provide to their clients is better than what I have experienced.

I needed support with a PIP matter which has been a long stressful time and this team has been fantastic I really couldn't have done it on my own, they encouraged me doing my part, communication was quick and always available when I had any more questions to ask and provided the answers I needed to proceed, created such a case that I had one of the quickest tribunals ever and won the best result I could of had which is going to turn my life around.
I really appreciate everything they have done for me and would highly recommend if you need support definitely enquire with these as they will put all their effort in.

University House Legal Advice Centre have been an immense help to me securing my PIP payment, which took 15 months to be resolved. After my claim was rejected twice by the DWP, my nurse advised I contact the Citizen Advice Bureau. They were kind and helpful, refering my claim to university House who immediately believed I wasn't wasting my time applying and should be receiving the benefit for my disability and the difficulties it was causing. During the whole process and Tribunal, I was treated so well and it gave me confidence knowing they were fighting my corner. I cannot thank University House and Alexandra enough, nor the crucial work they are providing those in need. Francine.
