I had a great experience with this company, the solicitor they appointed was great, she knew the police prosecutor and had previous experience of undertaking most roles in the court so could see things from all angles. She was also very personable and actually cared which was great. I got some good advice during my initial phone consultation and this was pretty much how things played out in court. Could I have represented myself after the initial advice given? Probably. Would I have wanted to? Absolutely not, I would probably have gone to pieces so overall I am glad I got representation and was happy with the service. It definitely pays to have an experienced head fighting your corner - assuming you have a corner to fight!

I was charged in May with one count of assault by beating and one count of assault by beating against an emergency worker, that occured during an episode of mental ill health.

I was in no fit state to deal with any of this ahead of my court date, as I was still very ill.
