Can’t thank Arjan enough for the speedy help he has given us!
Our visa that we submitted ourselves was rejected due to the change in financial requirements. Although we hadn’t used a lawyer (for this visa, due to a not very positive experience with another firm) we contacted Iris Law Firm and asked for their help with what to do. Arjan was then in touch with us the following day and within 2 days of the rejection he submitted a PAP to have the decision over turned.
He kept in constant contact with us and explained everything in simple terms. Due to his quick responses and idea to submit a PAP we have now had our decision over turned and the visa granted.
I would recommend anyone applying for an immigration visa to use this firm, we certainly will be when our next visa is due!
