Malcolm has given me the most outstanding service at a very difficult time. He has dealt with the will and probate of my late Uncles estate with dignity and patience. His knowledge and understanding is beyond words. Home visits and telephone calls to fit in with me working full time have been greatly appreciated. He came round to the house and explained about the will, POA and the trust, he explained what each one covers and left us to think it over after deciding what we wanted, Malcom came back to our home to take our instructions and write them up, he then called again at our convenience for signatures. I found malcolm very friendly and answered my questions very clearly and simply... which as a layman.. was very assuring. I was able to explain this to my uncle as clear so he understood what service we were getting. On meeting malcolm. With my uncle of 87 and hard of hearing and almost blind. Malcolm again took his time to explain in a friendly no pressure way of the service we had asked for...malcolm came out to us and carried out the paperwork in the home so was no trouble getting my uncle to another place. Which him being house bound was good and part of the service. I would in the future use malcolm service again and recommend him to other people I know... thanks malcolm...
