In June 2024 a car pulled out at a roundabout and caused me to collide with the off side rear of the vehicle. I was taken to hospital by ambulance and my bike was collected and transported to a motorcycle dealership.

Obviously this was not my fault so I contacted Motorcycle Law Scotland and asked for assistance.
In swoops the magnificent Jack Adair and his team who took great care in detailing and pursuing my case.

I received a reasonable settlement for my motorcycle, which was a write off. This permitted me to purchase another one so I didn’t loose out on the short summer we have.

Jack then turned his attention to recovering recompense for my injuries and outgoings during my recovery.

He made contact this week and informed me that the third party had made a reasonable offer, his advice was to accept, which I did.

I have to say that without the intervention of Motorcycle Law Scotland I wouldn’t have received such a response from the third party.

I had the misfortune of being involved in a motorcycle accident in a small seaside town — low speed, but serious enough to require surgery and a long recovery. I was involved in a collision that was not my fault, a car pulled out in front of me on an A road. Huge thanks to Jack and everyone at Motorcycle Law Scotland for their help in bringing my case to a successful conclusion. Despite the fact I technically ran into the side of a van, they secured a non fault outcome, a result that speaks volumes about their expertise.

I was very pleased at the service I received from Motorcycle Law. I had contacted a few of the 'Big Name' companies and they were not interested as my accident happened abroad. I had given up, then I remembered that I had been given a Motorcycle Law neck tube by a friend, I contacted them and they thought the case was viable.
The lawyer took all the details of the accident along with the photographs I had. They kept me up to date with the progress. Their doctor assessed my injuries and the claim was submitted. The clever bit was the claim was sent to the UK arm of the insurance group of the other driver, I would have never have thought of that. It was remarkably straightforward and much quicker than I was expecting.

I came of my motorbike in May 2021 after hitting diesel and suffered a broken left clavicle. I didn’t know at the time that there had been an accident there the day before and road was still full of diesel. My husband heard about Motorcycle Law Scotland from a Facebook group for motorcyclists. I was in an accident where the car driver was at fault but I didn't know how to pursue a personal liabiity compensation claim. Right from the start, Thomas was very kind and understanding, taking down as much information about the accident as possible and telling me everything I needed to know to progress my claimm. I was rear ended by a following car in Glasgow recently which put my bike off the road. Motorcycle Law were well known to my Glasgow North IAM Group so I did not hesitate to call them . Great, clear and useful advice was given on the process of making the claim and they dealt with the other party’s insurance company. The claim was settled quickly. The only problem?
