The staff were impolite and ignored my requests on three separate occasions.

The first time was when I made an offer to purchase a house.

The second time was when I called to request the house key— the staff member responsible simply asked someone else to tell me to find a solicitor, then hung up on me.

The third time was when I asked them to remove the advertisement for the property, as I had already purchased it and it was no longer available. They ignored this request as well.
