We used Mr McLaughlin for a long drawn out dispute we had with the council. He was very helpful, picking up this case at the very late stage, his guidance was easy for us to understand. We were on a very tight time line as this dispute had went on for years.
Mr McLaughlin brought it to a successful end within weeks. Very happy and would definitely recommend.
Also Kim in the office that does all the correspondence was always very helpful. A very happy client. Thank you

Outstanding service. My husband suffered a brain haemorrhage and I, along with our daughter, wanted him home with us. However, a family member tried to contest this. McLaughlin & Co literally felt like our saviours. They provided a plethora of information and supported us every step of the way. They knew exactly what to do and were always available when we needed them for advice. If it had not been for them, there is a chance my husband - who was my partner at the time - could have ended up in a care home. We are truly grateful to this legal firm and would definitely use them again.

Will not recommend run far far away from,Total waste of money and time And then after 2 years u will find out how much more u need of thousands of pounds and stress after him convince you to sign separation agreement that will destroy you completely. Completely lack of communication , he’s on holiday , in the court, or funeral. Agreement between u and you ex partner will be sign it on main hall just next to parking spot , u will be never given any other option then other side representative,

20 years of savings wet to my ex wife need to start from scratch , really uncomfortable , unless you are a lawyer then you can ask him to do it for you. Nothing much

How does one first choose a criminal lawyer, especially when not receiving legal aid? I was impressed with Laura's knowledge and approach in defending me. She cross examined well and presented a strong closing argument at the end of my case and thankfully secured the right outcome. I have no other experience of using criminal lawyers on which to base my experience, but would definitely recommend using McLaughlin and Co.
