Lynne Herbert represented me in a court case at Dundee Sheriff Court. I gave her more than enough evidence to make a strong defence. She did not use any of it, just relied on a few scribbles she made on the morning of the trial. I was given a payback order for something I did not do and it has taken the Woman's Criminal Justice team to go to the court and say I did not deserve it. Would not recommend Lynne Herbert. Go to Annika Jethwa in Dundee instead. .

My Wife used Lynn for her divorce any years ago now and I recently had need to talk to her again. Lynn is down to earth, approachable and offered excellent advice at very reasonable rates. Highly recommended.

According to Lynn "GDPR is a joke of a legislation". This is despite it being a law she has to follow. I was told this just before she hung up the phone on me after I had made a request to correct my data. Lynn was involved before GDPR was implemented in May 2018. This means if she had followed the data protection act 1998, she would had to have corrected the false data. She didn't and it resulted in mine and my daughter human rights being breached. Courts have the power to enforce data protection legislation, yet for some reason Lynn neglected to remind the judge of the law. She happily took the legal aid money to represent me at a children's hearing, shame she just ignored the rights of the child!

Not taking on Amy legal aid cases as too busy is probably the mist stressful thing as I don't have 5he strength to explain the whole situation again and agai to give someone to help my mum.
