Took my car here to get checked over for repair and mot they took my car off me for the day claim to have looked over it but now will not give me a quote or even respond to my messages or calls, complete waste of time

I called them to ask if they could collect my car to look it as it was not starting. I was told someone would come later in the afternoon of the same day. 24 hours later, I am still waiting. It would have been appreciative if someone had called to say they couldn't manage.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Alun is trustworthy, always friendly and super efficient. He always goes out of his way to be helpful and never talks down to you. I’ve been to several other mechanics in Fife and none have been up to Direct Car Care’s standard. Well done Alun and team 🙂

Car was dropped off late on Wednesday with DPF issues amongst other things! Alan rang with diagnosis that day and I had the car back by Friday afternoon. Alan knows his stuff, very knowledgeable and instilled confidence right from the first phone call! We won't hesitate to use Alan and the guys again. Great service.
