Today I called to give a contract to Ms. Bazzaz for my office work, although I had already spoken to her because of her good personality that I had seen on social media, but unfortunately the person who answered the phone did not know the client and every second he kept increasing the price and the money. As soon as he said a price, I said no problem and then he increased the price again and I finally said 2180 which I told he I would pay 2500 no problem because Ms. Bazzaz is a respectable person and instead of setting up an appointment for me he asked me for an amount that no law firm would ask for from a client. If I did not know Ms. Bazzaz, I might have said to myself that these are scammers. Please either train the person who answers the office phone or change it and let someone else replace it. To start an appointment, even £100 is enough to take from the client to trust it, not to ask for £1800 without There was no discussion or appointment, just a phone call where the client could talk to their lawyer and make a contract, and the person who answered the phone shouldn't talk about the costs. This was really like a scam and unprofessional.
