I was drawn to using Zain Legal due to the positive reviews, however after paying an emergency fee to get a same day appointment at 9pm, I was left disappointed with the overall outcome.

The meeting was set up on Googe Meets but instead I was called on phone as Zain was experiencing "technical issues". I mentioned I needed to record the conversation to prepare myself which I was told I'd receive notes the next day by 8am, before my meeting at 10am. Zain was aware of how crucial time was.

During the call, I mentioned that I wanted to go through a part of my work contract (3 pages). I sent the contract by email which he mentioned he's again experiencing "technical issues". I sent the contract again by WeTransfer which is always reliable but again, he didn't recieve it.

All in all, the call totalled 39 minutes when a consultation is 60 minutes. I received the notes from the meeting the next day at 12:48 (after I asked about the notes) when my meeting was done so they weren't useful by that time.

Highly disappointed and I wouldn't recommend using Zain Legal & Co.

Not suitable for Family Court related issues. I paid £400 twice and got one court bundle and I have to tell them what else court need like ES1 and ES2, missed all the court deadlines and during finances when I had few days left for summiting court bundle and ES1 and ES2 they told me that I need financial advisor, when I told this to new solicitor he told me all this is not correct, if I am paying a solicitor he will go all the work and will only ask the information he needed and I don’t have to tell the solicitor what work and deadlines are there.

It’s better not to waste your time and money.

I sent them email that I need my money back as no use of the work they did as today was my court hearing and it’s got adjourned due to Zain Legal service. They are lazy and care less. They ask Clint’s to pay and then expect client to work as well for them, they can’t even fill a Form and when you insist them they do slots of mistakes.

Absolutely appauling, used this company to get my money back from a customer who owed my business money. Zain & Co charged me for a service they couldnt fulfill, and charged me for no reason. I want a refund!!
