Claimed to be free, absolute scam!!!!
Spent about an hour completing the draft will thinking I could download it at the end, and print it off. It states clearly FREE WILL SERVICE on the website, but when I got to the end of filling the information in on the will template, they asked for a subscription fee. They have a free version on their website, but that's a trial period. The thing is, if they were up front about their fees, I probably would've signed up. It's a shocking way to try and get money out of people, in my opinion.
Shame on you, LawDepot!!!

I’ve used law depot on several occasions, the first time with a free trial, I cancelled it as I only needed the one document and I was not charged. As long as you cancel well within the 7 days you won’t be charged.
Because the experience creating my document was so an easy and effortless I have used them for several document since, I pay the one off £35 for each individual document and can access the document and edit for up to 5 years.
I think this is the idea behind the free trial, use it and then you’ll go back to them when needed.
Works great for me. Easy to use and alter to your own requirements.
I can’t comment on customer service as I’ve never needed to call.

SCAMMERS! Signed up for free trial then cancelled straight away! I even have their confirmation receipt to prove this and yet a week later they try and take £30 out of my bank account. I have reported as fraudulent

My housemate just got scammed by them too. Downloaded a free template but didn't read the fineprint, and got charged AU$39 a week later.

I subscribed last week but haven’t been able to cancel my subscription so far because the website has been down for several days now! I tried to call them to cancel within the allotted time, but there is no answer and they haven’t called me back after leaving my name and number… very frustrating! I hope they won’t be charging me as this is unethical business practices and breaches consumer laws and regulations in the U.K.! I’ll be checking my bank account for charges from them!

This is a scam company be aware they took money for documents that I haven’t received and when I tried to question them by chat or phone they said sorry we can’t help we don’t have your information and asked for my card details

I needed a document from them, so I signed up. I couldn't first sign up for the trial with the card because apparently they only take credit cards (that's what they told me on the chat), or I can use Paypal. So I used paypal, got my document and wanted to cancel the trial because it was low quality. Today the website doesn't work - throws error 20 (it's been few hours now). Then I read other people's reviews and ran to delete all the cards from my Paypal account. Sketchy company.
