This company deserves zero stars. I was a client of One Call 24 and if you value personalized care and respect and being listened to then DO NOT join this company as a staff member or client. I was a client with complex needs and just because someone is an RGN doesn't not mean they know all your needs. This is what the company presume, I constantly got told it's ok they're an RGN. Some RGNs even asked for shadow shifts and got told they don't need them because they're an RGN. Also it's scary for me when those caring for me do not understand me and I can't communicate with them. I never knew who was on shift I had to nag for the rota. They felt I shouldn't know the rota or certain things because of getting stressed which wasn't the case it was the not knowing that got me stressed. I had my team removed from shifts without being told what was going on and why!
This was mentally draining and upsetting for me. I also constantly got treated like I didn't have capacity when I should be at the centre of everything they do!

For staff, they are not protected. When I agreed to join they promised my team the world such as good pay, contracts etc... all that was lip service! One of my team was under investigation because a complaint had been made against them and again she was removed and left hanging with no work not knowing what she'd done wrong until I made a forceful complaint and miraculously things started happening within 3hrs! The team member also had her hours of work capped when they hadn't even carried out a fair investigation by asking all the rest of the staff! Do not join this company you will regret it!

there book shifts on your behalf even when you are sick are without your knowledge there book shifts for you their don't care about any of their staff well being
