I've travelled to this law centre today, Wednesday, 18 September 2019, after booking an appointment on Monday, 16 September 2019, for 11am.
Not being able to go into the town centre (anxiety), l went via the 11 bus and then the number 4 bus, having sat for over an hr on the 11 from Bournville.
I got there 5mins late, due to traffic and the bus driver's changing over. I was left sitting in reception until 12.45pm. Nobody saw me, no apology, no nothing. Nobody seemed to know about my appt or who it was with. Absolutely fuming.

Good app but one of map was off, had to ask for directions. Overhaul still worth using if you have no other form of help in direction on finding a place.

That should b a minus star!! Just foned and ask for help with birmingham city council rent arrears and was told they don't help with that but it clearly says they do on their website!! Got no help as usual!!!!!!
