Carmichael Mediation Services provided a professional service from the point of engagement, right the way through to the end of the mediation service. Brian was very efficient and ensured that the mediation was organised in a timely manner, communicating next steps to the two parties in advance so that they were aware of the format for the day. Throughout the mediation he was sensitive to the needs of both parties and we received good feedback. I would recommend using this company for mediation in the future.

Brian supported our Barnardo's team in designing and delivering training to Police custody staff. Brian brought a wealth of expertise to the project. He was thoroughly professional, transparent and used great tact in persuading staff of the messages in the training.
