Having worked with Spectra since August 2019 I can honestly say this was best decision career wise I have ever made. Spectra have helped me develop, grow and have supported me endlessly. The team are down to earth, professional, knowledgeable and everything else in between. As a employee you are made to feel valued and you aren’t just a number, they invest time in their staff, which is not a common trait amongst employers. My time here has been beyond positive.
