I cannot recommend Morgan’s of Cheshire enough, Chris and the team were fantastic from start to finish. They had half a dozen viewings arranged within days of my property going on the market, less than a week later a sale was agreed. They’re incredibly easy to get in touch with and do a brilliant job of liaising with solicitors/buyers on your behalf. If you’re in need of an estate agent, give them a call.

You would have to look far and wide to find an Estate Agent as professional and hardworking as the team at Morgan’s of Cheshire. Big big shout out to Davina! I purchased my home through them and because of bullying tactics by the new build company Alwyn Homes (who my sellers were buying from), it became extremely stressful for all concerned. Despite this Davina and the team at Morgans couldn’t have been more helpful. Their communication and commitment to all the people involved in this chain of selling and buying went above and beyond. I count myself very lucky to have used their services and would not hesitate to recommend and use again.

We bought our first home back in April through Morgan’s and they made everything so easy. All of the staff were so friendly, from the first viewing with Chris to completion day with Claire. They were always happy to answer all of our many questions as first time buyers, they made lots of time and left out no details. They were always chasing things that needed chasing to make things move faster and they kept us in the loop at all times. They even gave us the most gorgeous flowers and Prosecco on completion day. I would recommend them so highly, fantastic customer service, brilliant communication and all round a lovely estate agents.

A very big THANK YOU to Morgan’s of Cheshire on the sale of my Mums house, with a special mention to Chris, Claire and Davina for their hard work. The whole team worked hard from start to finish, from initial marketing, house viewings, offers to finalising the sale. Always on hand to answer any of our questions. Professional, friendly and approachable always swift to return calls, reply to emails, chase solicitors, buyers etc. We are very happy with the service they provided.

We have just sold a house with Morgons. What brillant service. From the first visit, when we had a chat about selling to proceeding the sell with Morgons, everyone was professional, honest and friendly. We as a family would 100% recommend. You don't usually have a choice on the estate agent when you are purchasing a house but, I can say without a doubt if we do come to sell our house we will be choosing Morgans of Cheshire. Professional, friendly and they seem to really care about their clients. I dealt with Claire a lot for the purchase and she was amazing and did a lot to ease the pressure and reassure the whole process. Great job would definitely recommend.
