I contacted ABL after purchasing an old commercial building. Was told it was a no hoper, but Rachael and the team were excellent. They took us through the available options and the likelihood of obtaining planning permission for a number of uses. In the end, after a lengthy battle with the Council, she was able to secure permission for several flats. Very knowledgeable and quick to provide responses.
