Sebastian went over and above for my check-in appointment, having kindly offered to drop the keys to my workplace due to both of us having very busy diaries at the initial check in time. He gave me a thorough overview of the property and pointed out any issues he found. The inventory itself provided a very detailed schedule of condition of everything in the property with many accompanying pictures. Observations were very easy to make on the online platform. Sebastian and his colleague provided a great service for our Inventory & Schedule of Condition. He booked us in very quickly even though we left it a little last minute, and his colleague was very easy to work with on the day.
