JEB Law have been very helpful in assisting my application to the Court of Protection to become a deputy to enable me legally to manage my Mothers' Property & Finance. Which took about 6 months got to whoa. There was a significant cost in this...but I can only imagine the obstacles if I had tackled this process solo. Well worth the investment in time & money. Can I add that I initially worked with Lorna, then Jane. Also Diane who constantly kept me appraised of the situation over the duration of the COP process.

Also dealt with Amy regarding Estate management, all of this was performed whilst I was overseas and Amy was able to handle numerous tricky details that made the estate transaction much easier than would have been possible for me, particularly dealing with the probate registry during the pandemic.
