I have recently used Your move Wellington Telford and I can say that the communication so far has been good. Tim arrived at the agreed time to value my property, we agreed on what the property should be marketed at and within 24 hours it was advertised. Since then I have mainly been dealing with Georgia and Anthony who have also been very professional. It looks as though my property has sold already (within 1 week) so everything so far has been above expectations. I would definitely recommend this company ( especially Tim, Georgia and last but by no means least Anthony at the Wellington office) to anybody who is looking to sell their property in telford. I will certainly be looking to use their services in the future.

I recently sold my house through Your Move and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
We had viewings from the first day the house was advertised and within a couple of days it was STC.
I had originally purchased the house from them a few years before and also had a great experience as a buyer.
Everything was handled in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. Sophie is a huge asset to the Wellington office, both her and Tim were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

This branch doesn't seem to know whether they are coming or going. Agents fail to grasp basic information from vendors, such as annual service charges, whether mortgages are accepted, or who holds the freehold (all of which I was able to discover myself with 20 minutes of effort). In addition, the phone often goes unanswered. Communication is poor and inconsistent. I certainly wouldn't recommend YourMove Wellington to any buyer or seller.

Absolute joke. Pass the books to each other and no one takes responsibility. It’s been an awful experience dealing with your move. There is only 1 member of staff that seems to be helpful and I can’t slate her in any way. I will update this review as the process goes on but so far I would not recommend this estate agents for buying or selling.
