My experience with this office: They made an appointment for me 3 times, and when I went, they said it was canceled without any apology. 2=The Farsi translator is very poor and even rude. 3=We never got to see our lawyer. 4=The employees are nervous and liars. 5 = I canceled and did all the immigration work myself 6 = Take care of your money and your time

I, write to give my feedback for the quality and outstanding service received during my asylum case at Braitch solicitor

I made an asylum claim by myself in January 2019. After that, I went to the Braitch solicitor to deal with my case.

Initially, I was not aware of the legal aid, but Mr Braitch advised me that I was qualified for legal aid. With his proper advice, I got the legal aid to continue my asylum claim.

Throughout our asylum claims, Braitch solicitor, notably Mr Braitch, gave me and my family outstanding service, for which I am deeply grateful to the Braitch solicitor’s team.

With their best effort and service, on September 2023, the home office granted our asylum case.
