Monday morning disabled lost arrived to CAB only inconvenience lift elevator and surprisingly young very educated faculty person angel 😇 she listen to my problem and I am safe brilliantly no words can describe thank you more eloquent educated helpers. Thank you CAB your customer.

Complete waste of time going as they should schedule you a telephone appointment. Person that called couldn't answer any question I wanted asking and instead just forwarded my details to another person/business. Still yet to hear from whoever it was 3 months later. Another thing that is worse post CONvid-19.

If you're trying to phone up to make an appointment don't bother I've been on the phone since 3:30 not one person has picked up and now they'll shut at 4 and I'm still on hold but the place shuts at 4 not one person bothered in the phone off I am so annoyed...... I also tried phoning up yesterday still no answer then neither. I reckon they are just sitting there drinking coffee watching the light flash on my phone and back in that you look nice silly buggies trying to phone us up for some help I could just imagine it

Was easy to arrange a meeting and the staff were very friendly and gave good advise.

Waited 45 minutes on hold, just to be greeted by a rude advisor. I had to repeat myself 3 times and he still didn't understand what I was talking about, and rather than ask politely to explain it a bit better, he got audibly annoyed.

We call this place for advice, and try to get some answers, not to be patronised.

Poor customer service.

Not happy with the way it is now all's I wanted was an appointment with Rick to help with some forms and the other part I got sent too they claim they can't make appointments very disappointed from the first time I went there. They said I can go to the dropin I don't have time to just sit there and wait when I have a child at school. If I could of commented without stars I would of. Changing the number was a bad idea maybe relook at that so now I have to go up to southwater and I hope they are as good as Rick are with forms.
