I was recommended these solicitors by the agents I was buying the house through. Both myself and seller wanted a quick turnaround, and was promised they would do this.The straight forward, no chain either end, sale still took 3 months to go through. When I complained about the time it was taking, I was offered a faster service for another £1000 plus VAT! They did act professional and sent regular updates on the progression. Just wasn't quick enough, considering my sale in Nov 24 was done and completed in 6 weeks!

It was a good experience working with Conveyancing Expert. As first time buyers not familiar with the buying process, we found them knowledgeable, professional, supportive and with effective communication. Helen was great as our case manager, and Jamuna did well on the completion. Nicoline was great as well, very friendly and helpful. It got quite stressful towards the end as we had to complete before stamp duty deadline, which was handled well and pushed through.

Towards the end things got a little complicated as the property we were selling was a leasehold, however Bethany kept us up to date on any process/ further information required. She liaised with our buyers solicitors well and was able to negotiate sensible and reasonable agreements on our behalf. We were really happy with Bethany's handling of our case.

On moving day we had some issues with estate agents, which caused us distress however, Bethany went above and beyond to support us and we really appreciated it. Since completing we have had 2 personalised mugs sent to our new address and this personal touch was really nice.

At first, we were hesitant to use Expert Conveyancing as our solicitors because they are located 250 miles away from both our current address and the property we were purchasing. However, any concerns we had quickly disappeared once the process began. Every member of staff we interacted with was incredibly helpful and always took the time to explain everything in a way we could easily understand, which was so important given how many technical terms are involved in conveyancing.

We were assigned Ms. Bethany Lawton as our solicitor, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bethany was consistently prompt in her responses, always replying to emails within 24 hours and answering our calls whenever we needed reassurance or advice.

Appalling. Old retired solicitor handled our purchase, continually had to be chased, did nothing to expedite the contract. But far worse was having been told the purchase was to be a buy to let, and we would be expat landlords, this company did not immediately advise us to purchase in a company name. We since have been told many times by others that any respectable solicitor gives 'expert advice' which this company claims to do on their website but FAILS TO DO AT EVERY TURN.
