Issues were identified quickly and dealt with efficiently, despite some problems with the sellers' solicitor firm. The purchase also required a lease extension and complex freehold arrangements, which Nadia was able to advise on very quickly. Both Alisha and Nadia were excellent communicators and the purchase was completed ahead of a stamp duty change, saving us thousands of pounds. Unfortunately my experience did not match to the reviews I have been reading below.
I am actually quite shocked and saddened to think so many people received a good experience during a stressful time, yet mine was very different.

The process was quite prolonged and although that may not be the fault of the solicitors they certainly showed a lack of communication and empathy. When I was attempting to check on the progress of the sale of the property, I received quite rude replies on a number of occasions.

The experiences I describe above are mainly my interactions with Sabrina Sangar. I would like to say that Lucy Hilton was polite and lovely to communicate with.

I would NOT recommend this firm and have genuinely informed a friend to not go with them based on unpleasant experiences during an already stressful time with them.
