Conveyancing team. I have just sold and purchased a property and Jane Mafham Jackson and James Wu have done a cracking job of facilitating both. Well known as the best Solicitors firm in Darlington. I was able to get a response to any questions that I had pretty much straight away and there is no 'fobbing off' and unnecessary time delays in their work practice. With such a large amount of money at stake go with the best.

Great firm. I had initially looked at the reviews but the low average is not reflective of the high quality service that I received. Nonetheless, I met a really friendly notary. I would highly recommend his services. I was welcomed and treated with respect by reception. Adam was prompt in meeting me. He was highly professional, understood what had to be done and got on with it. All in all, a very pleasant experience at this firm which is located centrally.

Posting a review is not normally my thing especially when you are technically paying for a service. However in this case I have no choice the service provided by Jonathan Sturgeon and Adam Wood was fantastic. I requested the services of this law firm to complete 3 affairs. 2 sales 1 purchase in approx a 30 day time scale . Well they delivered on all fronts they even had huge compliments from the law firm representing the seller ( BDP Pitmans LLP ) we were kept in the loop from day 1 which I appreciate and if there is any stress in selling or buying then at no point was that the case for me or my client .
