MAG Solicitors Best Team in West Midlands!!!
I have another 2 experience in Willenhall with Solicitors and I can tell you MAG is the best one.
Always answer the phone, if you send email you get back all answers on same day. Easy to deal quick and efficient and they will answer questions in understandable way not "solicitors" :))))

I have been using MAG Solicitors for many years, initially handling the estate of my late mother and father.
As a result I had no issues whatsoever in contacting them when I came to sell my house.
Communication throughout the sales process was first class and completion was achieved earlier than anticipated.
An excellent service that cannot be faulted.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Absolutely disgusted with this solicitor. Went to her with an inheritance fraud Maggie sent 1st letter giving my sis 14 days to comply then when she didn't Maggie then proposed to send a 2nd letter saying she had another 14 days before we took her to court I contacted Maggie on a daily basis asking for a copy of the 2nd letter but she was either out,in a meeting or on holiday then called me a month later asking for payment but when I queried what the payment was for she said 2 letters n then I asked if she had sent the 2nd letter she said no.
So why was I paying for 2 letters when she hadn't even sent them.
Then the next day she said she had sent the 2nd letter but to be honest the grammar was appalling and I had to tell her, also that by giving someone 14 days over n over again n not doing anything then they were just calling her bluff and eating into my budget which is when she asked for a retainer before she did anymore work !! What work ? As I've done more chasing than her !!!
I've got no problem paying for a service but paying for something u didn't do n ur supposed to be the 1s we trust.
A week later I contacted Maggie n she said she had had a call from my sister regarding the 2nd letter which wasn't pleasant and informed her of the next step. I've spoken to Maggie today 06.06.23 n asked if my sister has conformed to the 2nd letter to which Maggie she said no which is now another 21 days since the letter was sent.
Surely someone is missing the point of the 14 days to comply n I don't think it's just my sister.
Can't believe how I've been treated and used by this ridiculous and incompetent firm.
