We recently bought a king size mattress and two sofas from this shop. The man that served us in the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable. Having recently made several purchases from SVF in Droitwich, I cannot recommend this company HIGHLY enough. All staff from the initial contact with the owners, sales staff, delivery staff and after sales are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The delivery was made at a date/time to suit me and the quality of items is exceptional. Great value for money. I came across this shop accidentally and it was such a find. A treasure trove of fantastic furniture. GO there, you will not be disappointed! Support this local family business. Thank you to all the staff - everything we bought looks great in our new home 🙂

Great shop with good quality furniture.
Came across this shop by accident and have been back several times and recommended to others who have also purchased items and been very pleased.

The customer service is 1st class - staff always friendly and helpful as is the owner.

Bought a bed settee today and he kindly delivered it the same day for me.

Just bought a bed from Supervalue - having bought many items over the years - as always , a great experience from start to finish . Mark is really knowledgable and helped us choose exactly the right bed and mattress . Said delivery would be three weeks - however bed delivered by the lovely men within 10 days of ordering . All set up within half an hour and I couldn’t be happier - - these guys deserve 10 stars 🌟
