Following a ridiculous wrongful defamation case against me, that lasted 3 years, Ian Carruthers successfully won my case at the High Court in London, reclaimed all my £240,000. My husband and I would highly recommend Carruthers Law, the firm which brought our libel case to a successful conclusion in the High Court in London.
From the outset we liaised directly with Ian Carruthers, who helped us deal with an extremely distressing situation involving a tabloid "newspaper" (sic) which had published a very high profile, intrusive, yet completely libellous article about us. From the outset their lawyers unfortunately refused to apologise or withdraw the article which compounded matters.

Don’t waste your time contacting this “law firm” unless you have a defamation claim worth some serious money to them they won’t do anything.

Tried to hire this law firm to draft paperwork & advise.
They weren’t interested. Fobbed off with 1 sentence.

The times are over when firms do “grunt” work unless they can charge you 10k+ in fees you aren’t interesting enough for them.
