Contacted George of BCT to arrange an appointment and was responded to very quickly. Timely appointment was made.
George communicated very well over email prior to attending.
Upon arrival George carried out an the survey for our EPC and dealt with requesting further information and asking questions. The survey was completed and within a matter of hours the report was filed. First class service from start to finish. Would recommend.
