Absolutely poor service gave them the first claim it was okay ,and then when the 2 nd claim was given to this company they absolutely other down .i would never use them again for any of my chaims .when the clients ring them they always seem to say they will ring back regarding the update but I guess it’s all fraud this . I rang the landline number to ask about my claim the lady on the phone again says we will ring you back with the updates on my claim. I wouldn’t recommend anyone ride to use them either they just compulsive liers say in there . It’s a warning to people do not give your visit to them or you will regret it like I am.

Strongly do not recommend!!!!
I first put a personal injury claim with HKS in August-23 which has still not been settled. I had to chase it numerous times and then finally got a call explaining since the other party isn’t responding not much can be done. Yet still I have contacted them this week as my sister was involved in a serious hit and run crash. I’ve called twice to check whether they can handle her claim, both times they confirmed they can and are going to send me the application form as it has to be submitted by the end of the day due to the nature of her case. It has been 3 days since I’ve had no communication from HKS. Absolutely ridiculous and irresponsible of you guys to keep us hanging instead of advising us to find some other solicitors as you’re not interested in putting in any work to our claims. Hugely disappointed!

I had an accident and they would not admit fault but this solicitor noticed the third party driver said in his police report the sun blinded him and he’s not sure what happens. My previous solicitor over looked this and this solicitor won the case and got me thousands in compensation
