Called Duncan Lewis solicitors with an urgent matter, I needed to talk with their Ipswich branch. The phone was answered and I was told there wasn't really a branch in Ipswich and that the nearest one was Hackney, that is about 2.5 hours away!! They are misleading the public by listing all these branches when they are not real.

I asked why did the advertise telephone numbers, address and services for their Ipswich branch? I was told that if I did not like going to Hackney then call somebody else.

This seems like an abuse of Google business listings and false advertising which is terrible for a law firm!

I have a solicitor at this firm the solicitor will only respond by email as I went to the press . It is not at all a positive firm not only that I had a home visit and the solicitor was more interested in talking about her family than my detrimental effects of my accommodation.
They drag your case out for more money . Regardless if you get legal aid or paying hood honest money my solicitor has all medical information but still done nothing I am seeking advice regarding negligence

I wanted to use the Ipswich branch, they don't have one in Ipswich, although they have it advertised. I was told the nearest branch was in Hackney, London. I wouldn't trust this lot with anything!

Called up about a specific branch that was listed on there website and got rudely told its not a real branch with no 'soliciTooors" (woefully mispronounced) Terrible experience with some of the rudest customer service consultanta ive had the mispleasure of speaking with.
