I chose this company because of their google reviews. The reviews I read compared to the service I received do not match.
Carl requested fees to be paid before my settlement was agreed, red flag. Naively I paid him before the settlement was agreed. After the settlement was paid I emailed Carl and his PA, Julie Grewer, to ask to challenge the payment terms of the agreement, that was the 29th February. It’s the 20th March today and I’ve still had no response from either of them.
If you choose to use GunnerCooke as representation please don’t pay them until all terms are finalised.
