Excellent customer service from Jacob Corbett from the supply team. Very helpful chap who looked after us from the onboarding until the end. I had a lot of technical and communication issues and he was the only one responding back, chasing other departments and actually checking on us on regular basis.

As an agency supplier, we found Neuven team very bad in every sense of the word; No communication, they never get back to you if you email them.
Unable to speak to your account manager, invoice take 4 to 5 months to be paid unable to claim them on time. when you query their excuse is the client has not paid them yet?
I am seriously thinking to leave Neuven platform altogether and lose this tiny client as i can't keep up with the admin aggravation which out-weight the business we are getting using their platform.
I never before, experienced this lengthy waiting period of over 4 months to get my invoices paid out, this is unacceptable!!
unprofessional company to deal with, i would have given them Zero star if there was a possibility t do so!
keep away!!!
