I am not having a good experience with this solicitors for conveyancing services. My purchase only is a simple cash purchase, with no chain. I appointed them late March. They were very fast off the mark to get me signed up, and they were totally obsessed with the AML requirements, putting lots of energy into that, but since then, they are only good at ghosting their clients. My solicitor is Jordan Jeffries, I have had ONE email from her the whole time which is now 3 and a half months. Charley, the trainee, does eventually respond to emails but takes days and the latest lack of response has been a week. They have not given me any idea when I can even exchange let alone complete. If I go in to see them, they never take the time to hear me out and if I ring they are 'not available' and if I leave a message they do not phone back. Totally unsatisfactory and I wish now I had gone to an online solicitor from whom I have previous experience and who were half the price! I still have to work with them or lose the purchase, but I can say in all honesty, I do not recommend these solicitors for conveyancing services!!!

We started with Jordan jeffries on our first consultation to buying our first home. After printing & filling out all the forms (120, 79 & 50 etc) we waited weeks & weeks to hear back from them. We were the ones that had to constantly email and ring just to get an update to which we could never get through to Jordan...After a few weeks Charley came on the scene. Who is a trainee solicitor (wasnt informed) just stated at the end of the email and started communicating for Jordan. Still being very slow at replying to emails...as in days. As always got an email saying sorry out of office today. Our Completion date was the 10th of July and what do you know they completed it at 16.30 last minute as always. If it wasn't for the estate agent I don't think we would have it completed and they wanted to add 4% to our bill if not completed, which it looked like they wanted. Never again would go to kew law.

We used Kew Law for our recent house move. We found their price to be competitive and the service was good (much better than others in our chain seemed to experience with their solicitors). When we needed to speak to someone I could always get through. They were polite and courteous in all our interactions.

We have used this company several times and had 100% satisfaction each time, What sets this firm apart from others is SERVICE. not only is it professional but it's so friendly, being a small company we get a feeling of personal service, unlike most other solicitors. I am an old fashioned time fanatic, but I have never been kept waiting for an appointment.
Special mention must go to Christina Pocock on the front desk,
friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient with old fashioned manners. I don't know how much they pay her but she deserves more.
