I have worked with threesixty for number of years now and commenting from an adviser's viewpoint... I have found the technical helpdesk to be invaluable in terms of quickly answering my questions enabling me to respond quickly to my clients. As a business we also use their technical exams for our annual testing which are not easy nor should they be.
