Was recommended Jackamans. They were very informative and even gave step by step advice on what needed to be done. It did seem like I had to chase or call before any updates were given & they had two branches with different specialist in each which made my case quite confusing. Overall I would recommend as the outcome was all sorted and pricing was lower than I expected.

Absolutely awful treatment of people. Family member used them 8 years ago for a devastating experience, with part legal aid. And now the company have sent a letter to 'revoke' financial aid, 8 years later, demanding money immediately. Nothing in the interim, and now this family member has been unable to contact or figure out what on earth has happened and what to do.

We recently used Jackamanns Ipswich for the conveyancing of our first house purchase. Their service was amazing from start to finish, nothing was to much to ask and they were always quick to give updates so we always felt like we knew where we were at within the process. Our purchase was completed within a quick timeframe and this wouldn't have been possible without the hard work at Jackamanns. Rebecca and Jayne in particular were amazing but when they were out of office and we spoke to others everyone was always just as polite and helpful. Would definitely reccomend.
