We have recently sold our property and purchased another, Atkins Dellow Solicitors came highly recommended by Sheridan’s Estate Agents.
We gave them the go ahead to look after our sale and purchase.
Emily Isted and Rebecca Thornton both worked extremely hard to keep the whole process running smooth.
We were always kept informed throughout the whole process, often receiving phone calls and emails with updates on the progression, all the way though from contracts exchange to completion day.
Every time I needed to speak to them there was always someone on the end of the phone with a very positive and reassuring attitude, making you feel at ease that they had your best intentions at heart.
Our sale and purchase were 26 days apart, Emily managed to tie both exchanges at the same time and I know with this they had to stand firm against our sellers solicitors.

If you're looking for a company to take care of your house move then I would highly recommend Atkins Dellow.

Extremely easy to talk too, always there to answer your questions and taking the time to guide you through the whole process.

Moving home is definitely not the nicest of experiences but when you have fantastic support it definitely makes it easier.
