Absolutely first-class experience at Autocare yesterday - we were driving on the M4 on our way to Cornwall when three warning lights suddenly came on - we left the motorway and drove to the first garage we could find - Autocare - Julia the owner was amazing she immediately ordered the parts - new sensor and bearing - and they were fitted and we were able to continue on our journey - she has a lovely cafe where we could sit and wait and the car was even washed and cleaned before we left! So grateful for her help and would highly recommend this garage! Sarah

I have been using Auto Care for several years, initially for the convenience of their location. Their location is now irrelevant as the service they provide is second to none. I have 100% confidence in their diagnostics and how they approach repair work. Any issues are resolved without question. Totally recommended.

Amazing service by knowledgeable, friendly, helpful people. I can't thank them enough. I was delivering a hire car & had travelled 220 miles, upon arriving i found a screw in a tyre. called here & they replaced the tyre within 15 minutes. All at very reasonable cost. Thank you again & I can honestly say it was the easiest experience I have ever had when buying tyres. They exceeded any expectation.

Absolutely appalling service. Used a RAC free MOT voucher as a young Woman and they clearly saw this as an opportunity to make some money out of me as they wouldn’t get any money from the voucher. Failed my MOT due to worn break discs and pads, when I picked up the car after the failed MOT, I asked if I could get booked in for the repairs and re-test on the following Monday (which I was offered on the phone) I was shouted out very harshly by one of the mechanics telling me he would not give me any guarantees (which I didn’t ask for) and would not let me speak (which if he did, he would understand I was trying to give him more business). I decided to get my repairs done by a different garage who advised me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes, this garage was clearly lying to make £600 out of me (extortion pricing for the work anyway) and the new garage passed my MOT straight away. Stay clear if you’re a woman on your own because they will try to take advantage of you.

**UPDATE - since posting this review, I have since been contacted by the garage threatening me with legal action taken against me for posting an honest review. Avoid at all costs.
