There is no option for zero star or else would have rated tat, Unprofessional service, responding time is way beyond. most of the time they don't respond and if they do problem is not solved. Not helpful and customer service is too difficult to reach. There is no option otherwise will not use them. VAT related they don't help at all and they don't have any solid information on VAT, they are not expert as they portrait on website. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN. thank you

Everything you read here is true. After 2 years of working "with" them for my VAT declaration for 4 EU countries (Im an Amazon seller), i am soooo happy to have finally moved to their competitors (not mentionning their name, to make this review non incentivized).
The 3 worst parts of Avask : they take literally 1+ week to answer any email you send them, they make you pay any phone consultation starting at 40 gbp per 15 minutes and they took 9 months to get me unsuccesfully my Spanish VAT number, whereas i did it in 6 weeks with another VAT service (after 9 months of pure frustration with Avask).
No wonder Amazon dropped their asses in late 2024 as their "official EU taxes partner", this company is an absolute disgrace. Avoid at all cost, seriously.

Severe Financial Damage Caused by AVASK’s Inaction:
We are extremely disappointed with AVASK’s services. Despite paying in full, we did not receive the agreed-upon support, resulting in severe financial and operational damages for our company. AVASK failed to complete essential VAT filings in Germany, France, Spain, and Poland, and also failed to register our France VAT. These oversights led to a financial prejudice of over €100,000 (€5k in wasted service fees, €1k in penalties of respective tax authorities, and over €97k in lost revenue and damages— due to inactive VAT numbers because of AVASK.
We reached out multiple times with no satisfactory resolution. Their negligence has directly impacted our business operations and cash flow.
We strongly advise any business NOT working with AVASK. What was promised as expert tax and VAT support turned into a costly, damaging experience.
We hope this review helps others avoid similar issues.

Unprofessional, Ignored My Deregistration Request, Still Charging

AVASK promised support with VAT registration and deregistration — but once I needed to deregister, they completely stopped responding. No guidance, no follow-up, no action.

After months of waiting, I contacted the German tax office myself and will handle everything directly. Meanwhile, AVASK continued billing me without consent.

Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with AVASK Accounting Firm. They were completely unresponsive after I signed the contract, which they seemed eager to secure. Once they received their payment, their customer service dropped off dramatically. I had to follow up multiple times for even the smallest issues, as they rarely responded promptly.

Their credit and finance department is equally terrible. They withdrew money from my account without my permission, which is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Overall, AVASK is expensive and provides poor service. They prioritize getting you to sign a contract but show no interest in offering support afterward. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy accounting services. Avoid at all costs.

The AVASK team has repeatedly delayed our VAT filing, resulting in a penalty from the UK Government. Since Amazon discontinued its VAT service with AVASK, we have sent numerous emails requesting assistance with the transfer process, but their compliance team has ignored our requests and taken no action. The level of service we have received from AVASK has been extremely disappointing, especially when compared to other providers we’ve worked with in the past. I strongly advise against using this company.

Very disappointing service. The don't answer emails, I have lost all the benefit of my business in penalties and fees for not submit VAT applications.
And if you want to stop the services with them they don't let you do it!!! the still charge the mensual suscription!!
Waste of money and time. Don't trust them, they are rubbish and Time and god would put them where they should be, out of business.
