Dealt directly with Paul several years ago now to set up a key holding contract for a new site. Top service was received throughout the course of the contract. I even recall a time that I was attending site and our internal key holder was unable to attend at short notice due to a family emergency & unfortunately, he was the only key holder that day. A quick call to Paul and he got the guard in possession of our keys down to site asap to allow colleagues and customers access and to continue trading. Top service, never had an issue

Having had bad experiences in the past with security companies I was anxious when I needed to book someone for an event. But then Venture Security was recommended to me by a friend/colleague and they were just brilliant, totally professional, flexible to my needs and best of all really good people who just 'get it'.

When I asked them to carry out certain checks on their visits their MD cancelled the contract accusing me of being a time waster. I then received invoices months 3-4 months late. When I queried these, as they were not what I was expecting, I was subjected to a series of emails from their MD which were rude, insulting and threatening. I have dealt with numerous manned guarding companies in the past and they are by far the worst. On a scale of 1-10 I wouldn't give them a 1. .
