I cannot praise Winkworth Estate Agents Winchester enough.
We had lived in Winchester all our lives , myself and siblings went to school in Winchester .We are however, all living away now with our own houses and families.
We have been extremely well served and have successfully sold our House and wish the purchasers every happiness in the future.
All of the members of the team communicated well and gave sound advice and support.

The Winkworth team; Dan, Charlotte, Paul, Christina and Donna have all been amazing in achieving the sale of my dad's house, and most importantly supporting me ( and my sisters) in the process. There has been a listening ear, support and advice the whole way. Following the offer acceptance, Donna was pivotal in progessing the the journey to the sale, and was always there to answer questions, chase the progress and liaise with solicitors. Thanks everyone . We viewed a property on a Wednesday having only registered interest a day prior, and then had all referencing, discussions and contractual work done by the following Tuesday, ready to move in 11 days later (at our request). As a young couple, both 22, who had only rented outside of university once before during full time employment, I couldn’t image a tenancy process going any smoother than this. took us over 2 months at our original flat for exactly the same process. The 4 (working) day turnaround period on finalising everything with winkworth was incredible and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Incredibly punctual, quick to reply to emails and pleasant to talk to. 10/10.
