Kem, who, despite being extremely busy as the owner of KMA, actually took the time to call me completely unexpectedly during a particularly fraught time because it is clearly not just 'purely business' for her, she genuinely cares.

I've used KMA Solicitors on multiple occasions over the last 14 years and in particular, for 5 conveyancing services for purchases and sales of our properties. I was looking for a witness stamp service, for a consent letter for child travel.
I had the letter printed from home.
Went to this office in Ipswich, I was informed that the solicitor was out and the best way to get an answer is to send an email. Which I did on the 18th, still waiting for the answer. Ask for how much the service will be, and my shin dropped to the floor, £135 I was told. And could ONLY BE DONE when the solicitor would be available. For that price would have to be WHEN AND WHERE I WANTED.
Probably they run out of ink for the stamp pad, and are looking for a sponsorship.
Cutting the story short, exactly the same service, the same town in a different solicitor not far from this ones, I payed £10?
KMA, definitely Institutionalised robbers.

Shocking experience. Lack and care, attention and empathy in a tricky chain. I have used other Solicitors in the past and found them much easier to deal with.
